		<description>Thanks for posting both of those.  I think it's important to look at Apple in the same way as MS in this respect.  Sometimes Mac users get high and mighty, thinking that since they're non-Microsoft that makes them immune from criticism with respect to OS X or computer criticism in general.</description>

As you may or may not know, Microsoft has been sued over false advertising. The suit claims many laptops were labeled Vista ready when in actuality they were not capable of running Vista in full glory (things like Aero) because their hardware wasn't up to the job.
